Buzzard's Bass Guitar Shop
Payment for Bass Guitars
Payment for Bass Guitars can only be made with either a Bank Cashier's Check or Certified Check. Personal Checks are not accepted until we've become acquanted and I tell you they are okay.

A Cashier's Check (cashier"s cheque, bank check, official check, demand draft, teller"s check, bank draft or treasurer"s check) is a check guaranteed by a bank. It"s a check drawn by the bank on itself, rather than on a drawer’s account, which constitutes the bank’s (1) promise to pay the payee on presentment and (2) assumption of liability if the bank fails to pay.

A Certified Check is a form of check for which the bank verifies that sufficient funds exist in the account to cover the check, and so certifies, at the time the check is written. Those funds are then set aside in the bank"s internal account until the check is cashed or returned by the payee. Thus, a certified check cannot "bounce", and, in this manner, its liquidity is similar to cash, absent failure of the bank.

When you make out a check, make it out to me personally. Please do not make any check out to Buzzard's Bass Guitar Shop. Instead, make it out to the following:

Please don't forget to include with your name and address the item(s) you are purchasing on a seperate piece of paper with all the information pertaining to your order. If we've discussed work to be done on the bass, you don't need to include every detail about that as I will have that informtion, but it does help to state the overall item(s) so I know we are on the same page and in full agreement.

I ship Bass Guitars and large items via U.P.S. as they handle the job for less hassle and less money than the US Postal Service. The cost to ship a bass averages between $25.00 and $35.00 depending upon your location, so I list the shipping on this site at $35.00 for a worst case scenario.

I tally the weight and the size of the box and will make
sure you don't get charged more than the actual cost.

Shipping for Bass Guitars is limited to the lower 48 United States only at this time. If you want to contact me first for an exact amount of shipping, then make sure you provide me with your full address.

Thank you for your understanding and your business.
