Cancellation within 24 hours. Cancellation of your order is usually acceptable as long as it is within the first 24 hours. Chances are I will have double checked with you within the first 24 hours anyway as it is part of my new policy to make sure it is actually you who has made the purchase. I can no longer leave it up to Paypal or any other third party processor to do this. This is why I am redoing the whole website; because CCNow.com was not doing business in MY best interest and they withheld thousands of my dollars I have been unable to recover.
Cancellation after 24 hours Cancellation of your order after you have been sent an email from me stating your order is being processed might cost you a cancellation fee. It will be my discretion after 24 hours whether I charge you a 20% restocking fee based on the net of your order. I'm not a hardass but I'm also not a charity.
Cancellations after 48 hours from the time you place your order is NOT acceptable without you being charged, especially if an item was not in stock and you told me to go ahead and order it. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and you will not receive what you were charged for shipping.
Return Policy: Before returning parts, contact me. All returns must have your order number both on the outside of the package and a printed copy of your order inside the package. Any items returned without your Order Number may be refused. If the reason for return is my error, full credit, including shipping, will be refunded. Any defective parts must be reported to me within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of goods. Any part which shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of goods. And above all; I do not intentionally try to deliver the wrong product, but I am human. Treat me right and I'll give you the shirt off my back. Treat me wrong and I'll give you the shit from my crack~!
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE HANDLED INDIVIDUALLY ~ After being repeatedly ripped off by unscrupulous people outside the United States it has become necessary to screen all international orders. If you haven't read this message you will be reminded of the following once I receive and review your order. I am looking into the best shipping method(s) to ensure the least cost for you and the safest methods for me. In the past I have shipped internationally using USPS Priority International but have found it basically useless in that once the packge left the United States the tracking ceased therefore allowing unscrupulous assholes to rip me off by stating they had not received their order. I'm looking into this with FedEx, UPS, etcetera very closely as you read this and hopefully I can romove this stumbling block to ensure a better delivery system for us both.
