Cancellation of your order after you have been sent an email from me stating your order is being processed will cost you. By being "processed" your order is marked as shipped within my CCNow account. When it is marked as shipped, this means I have ordered your part(s) from my supplier(s) and this has incurred CCNow.com's fee placed on me based upon the total Gross of your order. First, you will not receive this fee if you cancel. You will also not receive the shipping portion of your order, and it will be my discretion whether I charge you a 20% restocking fee based on the net of your order. I'm not a hardass but I'm also not a charity. Cancellations after 48 hours from the time you place you order are NOT acceptable. You will receive your parts, period.
Return Policy: Before returning parts, contact me. All returns must have a number on the package and inside the package. That number is YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Any items returned without your Order Number may be refused. If the reason for return is my error, full credit, including shipping, will be refunded. Any defective parts must be reported to me within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of goods. Any part which shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of goods. And above all; I do not intentionally try to deliver the wrong product, but I am human. Treat me right and I'll give you the shirt off my back. Treat me wrong and I'll give you the shit from my crack~!
NO RETURNS for International Orders unless I've made an error and delivered the wrong product(s). It's not my problem there is no source for you to shop near where you live; and it also is not my problem that you may have to pay a customs duty upon your order arriving across the pond. That is the price you pay for dealing internationally. However, I am not responsible for that. If you have a gripe, take it up with whatever delivery service has their hand in your pocket for more money. And do not ask me to state the order is a lower cost to save you paying the duty charge. It is illegal and mail fraud is a Federal offense. Know ahead of time what your costs will incur and if you have a problem with that, do not place your order. I do not deliver products. I ship them. If you're wondering where your order is, ask your local delivery person. I will provide you with a photo of your Customs Tag when I ship your order.
