The two pickups in the Fender P-Bass pair overlap each other by 3/4" (19mm). When these shapes are used in 5 or 6 string instruments they are often positioned on the instrument with different overlaps. Orders for P-Bass pairs for 5 and 6 string basses must include the overlap specification if it is not the standard 3/4" (19mm) of the Stock Fender 4 string instrument.
