Typically used with single coil pickups. Audio taper pots are used for volume or tone controls, whereas linear taper pots are typically only used for tone controls. 3/8" threaded shaft length. Mounting Hole: 0.375" . . Actual shaft length: 0.33"
Shaft Diameter: 1/4" (0.25"). Requires a Control Knob with a 1/4" diameter hole with a Set Screw.

CTS 250K Short Split Shaft Control Pots
Typically used with single coil pickups. Audio taper pots are used for volume or tone controls, whereas linear taper pots are typically only used for tone controls. Requires 3/8" mounting hole. 6mm split shaft with 3/8" long threaded bushing. Requires either a 6mm Push-on Control Knob or can also use a 6mm Knob with a set screw or a 1/4" Control Knob with a set screw and a brass sleeve.
