Note: The copper foil at end of the ground wire. This is for a better contact area. After the ground wire is fed through the hole, stick the wire through the hole in the center of the copper (after removing the paper backing), fold over the wire end so it sticks together and also holds onto the wire jacket. Then lay that wire so it is in the drilled hole and the copper lays flush under the bridge.
Also note the shrink wrap tubing over the wires in the 1st photo. This has not been shrunk. Usage of the shrink tube and wire end terminals is to your preference. I solder my wire ends. Take the shrink tube, cut in half and use it to cover each individual wire. Or you can use solderless connectors (not included).
