It's as simple as sending me an outline tracing of your cavity and, for $25.00 labor, I will make the cover for you. This is for .090" solid black pickguard material. Other material may cost extra IF I do not have it in stock. Click here to check out pickguard material.   Wood is extra.

Usually I have pickguard material left over from the pickguard blanks I use to make Jazz pickguards. The only use left for the remainder is cavity covers and truss rod covers, although truss rod covers can also be made of a more bendable plastic material.
