Usually I have pickguard material left over from the pickguard blanks I use to make Jazz pickguards. The only use left for the remainder is cavity covers and truss rod covers, although truss rod covers can also be made of a more bendable plastic material.

Cavity Covers are generally made from either .090" solid black or black-white-black pickguard material. I have many designs and colors available so email me with your request. If I do not have your requested color or design immediately available I can still get what you want in one or two days. It will cost you only half the cost of a pickguard blank.
