Return Policy of Pickguards at Buzzard's Bass Guitar Shop

Please note that these pickguards are ordered from WD Music by me on early Monday, early Wednesday, and early Friday mornings. After I place the order I mark your order as shipped at CCNow. Your pickguard order will not actually ship until I receive them from WD Music, typically within two to three days, but could take 4 days too. WD Music controls that issue.

I do not generally stock pickguards here although I am starting to build up an inventory of the most common. There are just too many variations to do this so please be sure you want the pickguard before you buy it as there is a strict return policy on my part for you to do so, and the following reasons for returning the PG are unacceptable:

• Something has come up and you could use the cash and you no longer want or need the pickguard. NOT a good reason. It costs me money to place your order as WD Music has a minimum $50.00 order policy. If you're hurting for cash, don't buy the pickguard as times are tough here too~!

• You've received your pickguard and you've removed the protective plastic. Not returnable. It doesn't matter that you didn't drill new holes. You can try it on to see if the holes line up but removing the plastic from the face is considered unresellable according to WD Music and is not returnable for a refund. If you have any question about whether something fits or not, see each pickguard page stating what the pickguard does or does not fit.

Please read the description and look at the example for your chosen pickguard. If you have a Fender MIM, for example, and you place an order for an American Deluxe, you have screwed the pooch. I am not responsible for your error. You will be charged a restocking fee and you will not receive a shipping refund.

• April 1st, 2011 . . . there are NO RETURNS for International Orders unless I've made an error and delivered the wrong pickguard. It's not my problem there is no source for you to shop near where you live; and it also is not my problem that you may have to pay a customs duty upon the pickguard arriving across the pond. That is the price you pay for dealing internationally. However, I am not responsible for that. If you have a gripe, take it up with whatever delivery service has their hand in your pocket for more money. And do not ask me to state the order is a lower cost to save you paying the duty charge. It is illegal and mail fraud is a Federal offense. Know ahead of time what your costs will incur and if you have a problem with that, do not place your order. I do not deliver products. I ship them. If you're wondering where your pickguard is, ask your local delivery person.

IF you need to cancel your order then contact ME. It states this on your order confirmation email. Do not contact CCNow because I am the one handling the fulfillment of your order. CCNow handles your purchase transaction. ANYONE who cancels their order AFTER they have received their pickguard will be banned from purchasing for life ~!
