The following may or may not be of any concern of yours, but the truth has to be known to anyone that might give a shit!
At the beginning of October of 2009 my elderly mother, whom I had been caring for since 1999, entered the hospital for various health related issues. My brother, who was given power of attorney privileges, took it upon himself to eliminate me from the prodeedings (such as the resale of Mom's house) in the event of Mom's death, should it come to that. So my brother decided to have me "sectioned". By "sectioned" I mean he had the State of Massachusetts take me into custody under Section 35 of some God-forsaken code; which allows ANYBODY to "section" anybody else with no more effort than filing one piece of paper with the court stating anything they so desire.
The police arived at my house early one morning and dragged me out of the house in hand cuffs and locked my ass up for 30 days~! During this time my brother also removed evey one of my belongings, he also caused the total collapse of my business; which includes the removal of over $100,000.00 worth of tools and equipment, plus about $40,000.00 worth of personal items, plus a $30,000.00 custom motorcycle and a $4,000.00 Ford Bronco.
At the beginning of November of 2009, upon my release from prison, I discovered I would not be able to so much as attempt to contact anyone in my family for a period of at least a year. The ability to retrieve even my toothbrush or clothing was eliminated. This is when I became homeless~! So I thought, if I was going to be homeless, it may as well be in a warm location so I headed to Florida.
The Elimination of Paypal
After locating a friend here I regained online access only to discover that Paypal put a FREEZE on my account. Oh yeah, they'll not freeze their ability to scoff money out of your pocket should you be placing an order on this site, but they've frozen my ability to purchase or to communicate with existing customers except through their interface. With the freeze on my account, existing customers were forced to file claims against my business, effectively shutting down that portion of my business.
I'm in the process of removing the Paypal forms on this site and I'm researching for an adequate replacement, which will be difficult; Google Checkout, which seemed to be a viable alternative to Paypal, cancels accounts more rapidly than Paypal.
Please bear with me as I update this website. In the meantime, while waiting to setup an adequate merchant account, please purchase items and services by Money Order only. It can be from a Postal Money Order or a Bank Money Order.
